Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all countries in the European Union.

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the EU at this time.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • You will see the exact shipping fee before completing your purchase.

4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Zone 1 (e.g. Germany, Austria, Hungary): 3–5 business days

  • Zone 2–3 (e.g. France, Spain, Italy): 5–7 business days

  • Zone 4 (remote EU areas): up to 10 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or customs in certain areas.

5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package online.

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if needed.
